My name is Jan Mandel. I am a mathematician, work in domain decomposition, data assimilation, and applied probability and statistics. I also write software and I am the lead developer of the WRF-Fire code.
I am the lead PI of our CDI group of collaborative grants at UCD, NCAR, and University of Utah.
